FIRE DEPARTMENT PERMIT = $54: Click to download and complete the West Orange, NJ Fire Department permit application. USE PERMIT TYPE 1 for your application. Submit your completed form and payment to West Orange Fire Department, 415 Valley Road, West Orange, New Jersey 07052.
ITINERANT FOOD APPLICATION = $50: Click to download and complete the Health Department application. Submit your completed form and payment to West Orange Health & Welfare Department, 66 Main Street, Room 203, West range, NJ 07052.
LOVE+UNITY FEST FOOD TRUCK APPLICATION = $46: Click to submit your online food truck application and fee to Music Village.
